We will be delighted to provide a replacement. Unfortunately, we cannot handle returns or exchanges based on personal preference or size issues. Therefore, please consult our size guide carefully before purchasing to ensure a perfect fit.

Return Conditions:- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and remain in brand-new condition.
- A 30% restocking fee will be deducted for each return.
- Please notify us via email before returning, including your name, order number, and return details. Do not send back items without prior approval.
Return shipping fees are your responsibility. Rest assured, refunds will be processed promptly after deducting the restocking fee.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it to enjoy free cancellation. After this period, a 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover bank charges.
Package Lost/Not Received
If the tracking indicates your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office immediately and inform us. We will provide the tracking number to assist you in resolving the issue with the post office. If confirmed lost by the post office with adequate proof, we will promptly resend the item or issue a refund.
Exchange Policy
Need an exchange? Simply contact us in advance to obtain exchange approval. When sending your approved exchange request, include the email invoice and indicate the item to be exchanged. Once we receive the item, we will process your exchange within 48 hours.
